Deirdre is a fully qualified practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine having completed her training with the College of Integrative Acupuncture< Galway and Lansdowne College of Complementary Medicine. Since qualifying she has undertaken post-graduate studies with the World-renowned Giovanni Maciocia, Prof. Mei Xing, Hung-Tsui Ying and advanced pain management training with Dr. Henry McCann in Master Tung's Acupuncture which provides fast relief from pain.
Deirdre is a registered member of the AFPA, the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association.
Deirdre provides one to one treatments, which are specific to the needs of every patient at each visit to her clinic. She is exacting and determined in finding the path to optimum well-being for all.
The World Health Organistaion (WHO) recognises many diseases, symptoms and conditions for which acupuncture has been proved - through controlled trials - to be an effective treatment.
Treatments are approved by VHI, Quinn-Healthcare, Hibernian Health and other private health insurance schemes.
